Ballet & Body Shape
Adult Ballet exercises get your body into shape and produce long, lean muscles. If you work the correct muscles, you can see your body lengthen and strengthen. The classes are designed to tone your entire body, creating longer, leaner muscles. Ballet & pilate exercises at the barre and on the mat tone your muscles, while complementary yoga postures lengthen and shape your muscles (think long & lean like a ballet dancer!) |
