Discount

  • If you pay two semesters tuition at once, you will get 5% discount (shown in the registration form) on the entire tuition.​
  • 2nd class discount: If enrolled 2 or more class per week, you will received 10% on the 2nd class (same or shorter time class).​
  • Sibling discount: 10% on 2nd child; 3rd or more will receive 20% on tuition.
  • No registration fee if enrolling before August 1st.
  •  If enrolled after August 1st, there will be $15 registration fee.

Registration

  • ​All registration fees and tuition are due upon registration, and are non-refundable.
  • Yu Dance Arts accepts check or cash.
  • All checks should be made payable to “Yu Dance Arts LLC.”
  • $30 fee will be charged for returned checks.
  • Enrollment is for an entire semester, and no refunds or deductions will be granted for missing classes or withdrawal after three weeks, unless for medical reasons, and moving to different city.  There is a 30 days written notice required to withdraw from classes for moving to different city. 
  • If you want to withdraw class before two weeks classes starts, there will be $50 charge.
  • Tuition for 2nd semester must be paid by December 1.
  • Yu Dance Arts 2017-2018 school year contains two semesters. Students will perform in several events throughout of year. And most of the performances will happen in second semester. Therefore, YDA will assume your child wishes to continue for second semester unless you submit changes or “drop” notification in writing. Any changes you wish to make for second semester must be made in writing no later than December 1.​

Refund Policy

  • There is NO fee credit for missed classes during the school year except for a class cancelled for the session by Yu Dance Arts.
  • Costume fee is non-refundable once purchased.
  • Competition Fee and other fees are non-refundable. 
  • No refund for missing classes, and class canceled due to inclement weather.
  • Make-ups is limited to 2 times. And it may be scheduled only during the current semester if an appropriate class level is available or it maybe offered in specific date and time.
  • Yu Dance Arts reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient attendance. Alternative class placement or refunds will be offered under such circumstances.
  • In the event that classes are canceled due to inclement weather, the make-ups decision will be made by Yu Dance Arts under certain situation.
